Return Policies

 We are a Trading Company and not the stockiest. Most of the time we are ordering the items upon your Confirmation Order/Orders & Payment only, Hence we do not accept Order cancelation or Return of the items or Exchange of your ordered items against any other items,

Treating your order as specially ordered item/items. The Customer cannot cancel the order once the purchase price has been paid. You are requested to contact us and check with us the inventory level before placing order. Please mention specifically or contact us when you have any questions before purchasing or if you have any urgency or deadline for delivery of the goods. Later on we do not accept return of the items or non acceptance of the goods.

We only sell Brand New Equipments / Products with Company seal cartons, Hence we do not test the products at our end.If you wish the products should be tested before dispatch (Atleast for Power on condition) then you should write to us your request in advance.

 We calculate/evaluate the Goods value and its condition at the time of return at that current Market rate and strictly not based on our selling rates. We may calculate the Forex loss or any other losses and resell value of the returned item in the market in case of any settlement.

 Returns under Warranty / Non Warranty :

 Please refer to our Products Warranties and Repair Clause Returning a Dead on Arrival (DOA) Item or a Wrong Item: If you find yourself having received Wrong or Dead on Arrival goods, you must notify us in writing at the time of delivery on the Airway bill copy or within 24Hours of receiving the goods. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you the proper procedure of returning the goods to us. We will send you the replacement subject to below conditions: Items are purchased from our website (www.krishna.com.sg) Items are not working straight out of the box. (DOA) Items are not what you have ordered. (Wrong goods) For Wrong Items received, the Items must be returned to us in unopened and unused condition with full and complete company seal packaging including accessories and other material(s).and Must wrap/cover the Original Box with proper packing/ wraping material to avoid the damage of the original box conditions and to keep it intact for resell condition. Please must ensure that Original Box condition must not altered, protected and brand new for resell condition. For DOA Items, the goods must be returned to us in original and undamaged condition with full and complete packaging including accessories and other material(s) and Must wrap the Original Box with packing wraping material to avoid damage of the original box conditions and to keep it intact to send back for claims to our suppliers / Manufacturers. Items must be returned to our specified address within 5 days after we acknowledge your request. Items are returned with a copy of your Receipt/Invoice (on your Letterhead indicating Date, Full Item descriptions, Value and reason for return) Items returned are confirmed to be wrong or DOA after our inspection. After we acknowledge and confirm your return request, we will instruct you to have the goods return to us.


The freight and Other Handling charges for returning the goods to us will be borne by Buyer/Customer if the items supplied are DOA,Because we sell Brand New company seal cartons, hence do not test equipments. until and unless requested by customer for power on test. The freight and Other Handling charges for returning the goods to us will be borne by us/Krishna Ent. if the items supplied are Wrong model number. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely.

We take no responsibility for Products lost or damage of the goods in transit. We reserve the rights not to accept a return if they do not satisfy the conditions stated in the return policy. Customer has to be ready to settle outstanding issues before we settle his return/repair matter.
