Product Warranty and Repair

The warranty period starts from the Date of Invoice, Which will includes the Shipping / Return shipping time and Repairing time. The warranty is not transferable to a third party in any case.


Most of the items sold by us covered Local Singapore 1Year Warranty, Which customer has to carry in to the Service Center of that Respective Brand. All items needing repair should be sent (/carry in) to the manufacturer/distributor's Service Centre in Singapore directly for service at your(buyer's) own cost. We provide warranty against manufacturer's defects only, subject to approval by Manufacturers/our suppliers.

 We do not provide any kind of warranty for the items falling under consumables, Accessories, wear & tear, physically damaged, altered or opened by customer which is under technicians job scope  The Customer should ensure that all Products are used according to their specifications.


We exchange the product if supplied faulty and in Non Working Condition at the time of delivery.

Provided that customer must has to notify at the time of delivery acceptance on delivery receipt/Air Way Bill Copy or fault complain in written within 24Hours. We do not exchange the product if damage during Transportation or in transit. That customer has to claim from Insurance  Company.  For exchange under supplied faulty, item must be send back "as it is" in supplied condition with original Box and completely with all supplied accessories and with its all packings.

To exchange the faulty item or to repair it if supplied faulty, Will decided by Manufacturers/our suppliers. They reserve all rights on the final say. We are not liable if the  anufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service under their discretion or if their requirements or criteria not matched.

 We shall not be liable for the repair of Products, or any direct or indirect loss, damage, costs or expenses that the Customer may incur if Products are not used according to their specifications.

We do not provide any temporary replacement unit if Items under repair need longer time by manufacturers/our suppliers. Repair time under warranty is not under our control, It is define by our Manufacturers/ suppliers. and customer has to respect it and accept it.If items send back to us for Warranty Claim is not faulty, Then customer is liable to pay processing, Freight and Other Charges that we may incurred to check, test and verify.

 Additional Terms:

We do not provide any International Warranty, for warranty claim customer has to send back the goods to us and both side (To & From) transportation, Insurance & other costs will be bear by customer. When you are appointing your forwarder, Please make sure to insure the cargo to avoid loss from transit damage, lost of items during transit, Which is not covered by warranty terms

 For Non Warranty Items:

For items(Export sets/Imported Set) which is not covered under Warranty. We clearly inform customer in advance and indicate the terms "No Warranty, Export Unit" inside the Proforma / Quotation / Tax Invoice. We do not entertain any kind of warranty claim for such Non Warranty export sets later on.


 Wear and tear

Damage caused by impact, fire, theft, attempted theft, accidental or malicious damage, vandalism, acts of war or terrorism, corrosion, water contamination or ingress, frost, flooding or other adverse weather conditions External causes out of our control which may include accidents, fire disasters or burglaries Faults caused by shock or fall, sand, dust, dirt, dampness or corrosion, leaky batteries, repair or cleaning by unauthorized personnel The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abnormal use, abnormal  conditions, improper storage, exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt, neglect, or unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress. Improper usage, storage or handling of the product Damage or defect due to willful neglect or negligence by anyone other than us

Modification to the product and/or software/firmware, by someone other than Manufacturers

Connection of other fittings, accessories, equipment or software to the product which were not approved by us

Liquid damage

Non-electronic products

Products that are not electronic items or do not consume electricity(e.g. Bags, Lens Hoods, Tripods and All Mechanical Parts etc) are not covered.

Lamps, Lenses, Cables and Consumables are also not covered under Warranty.

Krishna Ent. will not be held liable for any defects or damage on any other item(s) used in conjunction with this product.
