Do you provide Warranty support for your goods?
All our equipments are stated with Warranty period on the product page iteself. We provide only ex-works Local Singapore Warranty if stated on our product page. Items stated under Consumables, Accessories, Lamps, Lenses and Wear and tear are not covered under warranty. Items open, alter/try to repair, damage or used under improper condition by customer are not covered under warranty. We also do wholesale export products, which is not covered under warranty.

Please note:
If the manufacturer's authorized repair centre decides the fault is not due to the manufacturing process, the buyer has to pay for the repair. This includes repairs where there has been misuse, tampering, modification or damage as a result of accident, contamination, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the operations manual. The probability of faults due to the manufacturing process is very low.
Does your price include Import Duty and taxes?
Our prices do not include Import Duty, Taxes and GST/VAT applicable in your country. We deliver by a courier such as DHL, FedEx, TNT. You will pay Import Duty and VAT to the courier company. When the courier delivers the equipment, the buyer must pay all the Taxes and Duties in your conutry impose by customs department.
What is a Payment Reference?
Please do not make bank transfer without any Payment Reference, It will delay the execution of your order processing. until verification proof provided by you. Your bank transfer payment MUST always have the correct numeric Payment Reference - from your Order. The Payment Reference is a message to the payee (beneficiary) about your payment. Do not insert any comments or words with your reference. Our system only needs the numeric reference to recognize your payment. Some banks allow two references, one for your statement and one for the payee. If you are not sure which field is for the payee, please enter our Payment Reference in both fields.
We forgot to use the numeric payment reference. Can you identify us by the payer's name?
The payer's name is an insufficient identifier. If you paid without a numeric reference any entity with the same name or a similar name can theoretically claim your payment. This is why if we receive a payment without a reference we do not accept any written or oral claims over it. If you paid without the reference please ask your bank to send an MT199 SWIFT message to our bank confirming the payment was made for an order with the exact numeric reference.
Do you sell Second Hand Equipments?
No, We only sell Brand New Equipments
Are all of your equipment, PAL systems?
Yes, All Equipment we have listed are PAL systems until and unless stated or Multi Format
How precise is the stock information (In Stock) on the website?
Our stock status is updated in real time. Please note, we do NOT reserve products until your payment arrives.
We would like to place a large order. Can we deal with someone in person?
If you would like to make a large order or Quotation Request and you would like to deal with us in person, Then we can appoint a person In-charge to help with your Special Need. We do not process your enquiry until and unless you provide us your full company details, i.e. Company name, Full address with post code, Contact person, Telephone number, Mobile number etc.
Manufacturer's restrictions?
We reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped to some countries, based on manufacturer restrict.
Can we collect our equipment from your office?
Yes, With prior confirmation you can collect the equipment from our office if Item is in stock with us and not booked by others. Special Order items need your full payment in Advance, and We will inform you once goods is ready to collect, Then you can self collect from our office.
Our order was not supplied within the Estimated Delivery Time. Why?
We do our best to provide a precise delivery time estimation but unfortunately some orders may arrive outside of the Preffered time window. We cannot reserve or order products until payment arrives from the customer so we can only estimate our stock levels based on the percentage of paid orders from our past experience. On the rare occasion, we have run out of stock, it may result in a delay of delivery. Sometimes sudden large increases in demand can also affect the delivery times of certain products but we do our best to deliver them to our customers as quickly as possible. Sometimes a sudden change in a particular currency exchange rate triggers a high payment rate of orders made in that currency and that can also result in a delay.
What is a importance of Postal code (ZIP code)?
Providing a correct postal code helps the courier to speed up delivery and to deliver your order to the right address. Many times our Courier do not deliver the item without Postal Code.
Why our Couriers are not delivering to PO BOX (Post Office Box)?
Generally PO BOX can only be used for non-signature deliveries and so it cannot be used as a delivery address for courier shipments.
